It’s hard to stay focused on eating a salad at a restaurant when everyone’s wolfing down whole courses and ordering dessert afterwards. The result? We fall off the wagon, begin to stuff our faces with whatever we can get our hands on and feel guilty afterwards. Fortunately, new studies show that we can lose weight safely by just following these creative suggestions.

Burn More Calories with Sex
A fun diet idea to try is to make sex a regular workout. Half an hour sessions at least three times a week can burn as much fat as any gym visit. Per average, you can burn up to a hundred calories at a time – around 7500 calories in a year, almost the equivalent of running a distance of 75 miles! Just remember to surprise them with how great it all tastes and stay away from preaching about their own “un”healthy eating habits.

Everyone knows dieting can make a person miserable and doing it alone can make it worse – why not try losing weight with someone you like? Choose a diet buddy that has similar goals as you. You’ll be more motivated to stay on the path if you know someone’s got your back. Getting your spouse or other person you live with is more convenient because it’ll be easier to track your progress and stick to your diet plan.

Dieting doesn’t always have to sound like a death sentence. A fun diet can be just as effective. It makes you more creative with your weight loss options. Just enjoy the experience and you’ll soon find the weight coming off just as easily.
